(1) to determine if there is an indoor air quality problem;
(2) to identify the causes;
(3) to recommend solutions.

What's the Procedure?

The CMHC Investigation Procedure includes:
gathering information about your house, its history and any health concerns of the occupants;
conducting a comprehensive walkthrough and documenting IAQ problems of the house;
analyzing how your house performs based on the information collected; and
writing a report that identifies the problems, pinpoints their sources and recommends solutions.
